Ingredients

Decadent Pesach Chocolate Mousse

  • 400 grams good-quality chocolate such as Geneve Chocolate (4 bars), broken into pieces

  • 200 milliliters water (3/4 cup + 1 and 1/2 tablespoons)

  • ice

  • pomegranate seeds (optional)

Directions

1.

Gently melt together the chocolate and water, stirring as the chocolate melts.

Add ice to a large bowl and nestle a slightly smaller bowl over the ice. Pour the melted chocolate into the smaller bowl and immediately start whisking or whipping until thickened. Be careful not to overwhip, because the longer you whip, the thicker it will become; stop when you achieve the texture you prefer.

3.

Portion into cups, top with pomegranate seeds and enjoy immediately or refrigerate until serving.
