Delicious and Easy Acai Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie Mix

  • 3/4 or 1 packet frozen acai berry (3 and 1/2 ounces)

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen peaches

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 cup milk + 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla sugar or vanilla yogurt

  • 2 cups orange juice

Topping

  • granola

  • sliced fresh fruit such as apples, peaches, kiwi, strawberry, pineapple

  • chocolate chips

  • chia seeds

  • coconut chips

  • slivered almonds

  • carob chips

  • coconut flakes

  • melted chocolate (dairy)

  • melted lotus cream or Delinut dip

Directions

1.

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into container.

Top with toppings and drizzle on the melted chocolate and lotus or delinut dip.

3.

Enjoy fresh, or freeze and let defrost for a few hours before serving.

Tips:

Put hot water in a wash cup and put the chocolate and lotus cream or delinut cream in a plastic bag. Tie it with a double knot and dunk in the hot water until it’s melted. You can use a spatula to feel if it’s fully melted.
