is the one potato cooked?
Hi Rivky,
Thanks for your question! We confirmed with the recipe developer that the potato should actually be raw.

is the frozen broccoli florets or chopped and do you blend it in a food processor? and what type of baking pan round, square and what size 8 or 9″ thank you
The recipe calls for full florets that get blended in the food processor. You can use any size pan, it’s up to you how thick or thin you’d like your kugel.
thank you recipe says frozen brocccoli doesnt specify florets. can you tell what size pan you used thanks
if you click on the text that says ‘Beleaves Frozen Broccoli’ under the ingredients list, you’ll see the recipe calls for a package of florets 🙂 i’d use a 9×13.
