Diets 2 heads bug free cauliflower or 2 bags Beleaves Frozen Cauliflower

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large pot, heat water. Boil the cauliflower (fresh or frozen) till it’s nice and soft.
Wrap cauliflower in a cheesecloth (work in batches) and squeeze out all of the water over a bowl (to contain the mess). You’ll be left with mashed cauliflower. Add this to a separate bowl and continue processing the remaining whole cauliflower in the same way until it’s finished.
Then mix the cauliflower with the egg, cheese, and salt.
On a pizza sheet pan, pat the cauliflower mixture into a circular shape, in a thick layer. Bake for 45 minutes or until it’s golden brown.
When it comes out of the oven, go ahead and add any toppings of your choice.
Place your pizza back in the oven for another 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
