1 bag Mehadrin Shoestring French Fries, prepared according to package instructions
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1/2 stick Mehadrin Butter
1/4 cup milk
3.5 ounces J&J Jalapeño Cream Cheese
3 slices Mehadrin Smoked Muenster Cheese, ripped into pieces
chili flakes, for garnish
chopped chives, for garnish
Combine the sweet chili sauce, butter, milk, and jalapeño cream cheese in a small saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the butter and cream cheese are melted and the sauce is smooth (do not bring to a boil). Remove from heat and set aside.
Transfer the ready fries to a lined oven-safe dish or a baking pan. Arrange the rips of muenster cheese over it.
Place it in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and generously drizzle with chili cheese sauce. Sprinkle with jalapeno cheesalech and garnish with chopped chives and chili flakes.
