Diets Long gone are the days of cooking rice, orzo, quinoa, and couscous in a pot on the stove—now everything goes straight into the oven. This extremely flavorful and wholesome dish brings baked quinoa to a whole new level.
1 cup uncooked Pereg Quinoa
1 teaspoon oil
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 and 3/4 cups boiling water
4 salmon fillets, cubed
1/4 cup Telma Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 cup duck sauce
1 cup defrosted Beleaves Broccoli Florets
sesame seeds, for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Marinate salmon cubes in teriyaki and duck sauce.
In a baking pan or dish, combine quinoa, oil, salt ,and water. Bake covered for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, add broccoli and salmon cubes to pan. Drizzle remaining marinade over fish and broccoli.
Bake covered for 20 minutes.
Uncover and broil on high for five minutes.
Fluff quinoa with a fork before serving.
