Ingredients

Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup oil

  • 1 cup Haddar Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup instant oats

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Cocoa

  • 2 and 1/4 cups Glicks Flour

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup white chips

Directions

1.

Whisk the eggs with a fork in a small plate.

2.

Place the eggs and oil in a large ziplock bag. Add the sugars, baking powder, and vanilla. Squeeze the bag from the outside until all ingredients are combined.

3.

Add the remaining ingredients. Close the bag tightly and mix again until well combined.

4.

Scoop the cookies onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.

Notes:

Keep cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week. Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.

About how many cookies does this yield?

I just baked them and got around 45 cookies.
Very easy and very good.
