4 potatoes
oil
salt
paprika
Peel the potatoes.
Slice into disks between 1/2 centimeter and one centimeter thick.
Place the disks flat down on a chopping board.
Trim the edges and shape into a dreidel. (Save the potato trimmings, they can be used in your latkes.)
Place all the potato dreidels on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and paprika.
Drizzle with oil. Mix very well. Lay the potatoes on the baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap.
Bake in a pre-heated oven on 175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes until golden brown.
Spin, eat and enjoy!
