Ingredients

Rockin’ Ranch

  • 1/4 cup oat or soy milk

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 3/4 cup non-dairy yogurt (unsweetened)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen)

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

  • lemon juice to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • pinch of Gefen Black Pepper

Tomato-Basil WOW

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 2 tablespoons red wine or balsamic vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil or 2 tablespoons diced fresh basil

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper, such as Gefen

  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil

Green Goodness

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 3 tablespoons fresh chives

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Braggs liquid aminos or tamari

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 pinch Gefen Black Pepper

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil

Hidden-Protein Punch

  • 1/2 cup canned chickpeas

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 2 dill pickles

  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

  • 1/4 cup diced onion

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  • dash of hot sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic

Prepare the Dressings

Tomato-Basil WOW and Rockin’ Ranch dressings can be prepared in mason jar – just shake to combine.

2.

Prepare the Green Goodness and Hidden-Protein Punch dressings in a blender.
