melted Geneve Baking Chocolate

Simply sandwich two cookies together with a dollop of the chocolate spread/nut butter. Dip one end of the sandwich into melted baking chocolate, and sprinkle with chopped pistachio nuts.
Let the cookies sit at room temperature until the chocolate has dried.
