Submitted by rsendro This is the easiest recipe that yields the most delicious hot poppers ever. kids and adults alike will devour it. Careful if you have bachurim, it’ll be gone in seconds. i also usually triple the sauce to chicken ratio, because we like lots of extra to drown the chicken and dip rice/potatoes/French fries into. I honestly think baked comes out BETTER.
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup hot sauce
1/4 cup honey
5 chicken cutlets
2 eggs
1 cup panko crumbs (or anything you have)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut cutlets into chunks. Dip into egg then crumbs. Bake (or fry) until cooked through.
Combine sauce ingredients, pour over cooked chicken, and bake 10 minutes. THAT’S IT!
