2 boxes Haddar Lasagna
1 (16-ounce) container cottage cheese
1 (24-ounce) jar Tuscanini Marinara
2 pounds shredded cheese
Boil your lasagna noodles just like the box tells you to and set aside!
In a big bowl, mix the cottage cheese, marinara, and about three-fourths of the shredded cheese. It’s not fancy — just mix until it looks nice and creamy.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line your baking pan with parchment paper (makes life so much easier).
Now start layering! Noodles → filling → noodles → filling… keep going until you’ve got around six layers or you hit the top of the pan.
Throw the rest of the shredded cheese on top to make a nice cheesy top layer!
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Then uncover and bake another 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese on top looks exactly how you like it — melty, crispy, golden, whatever your vibe is!
