Yield: 1 pound container
3 cups Beleaves Frozen Mango
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon Gefen Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon mint extract (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Freeze for at least three hours before serving.

finally! a sorbet that stays creamy in the freezer, ive tried numerous recipes and its never creamy enough, used a freshly squeezed orange cos didn’t have orange juice, made them in rose molds for shavuos, came out the cutest!
