Easy Berry Pie

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 3/4 cup Earth Balance/margarine

Filling

  • 4 cups + 1/2 cup fresh blackberries, blueberries, and/or strawberries

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3 tablespoons Glicks Flour

Directions

1.

Mix crust ingredients until a doughy consistency is formed and press into a pie pan.

2.

Mix the filling ingredients together except the 1/2 cup of berries. Pour into the crust.

3.

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining berries.

Notes:

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two to three days. For longer storage, slice and freeze portions for up to one month; thaw in the fridge before serving.
