It was Thursday afternoon and I had just started making some Duncan Hines brownie mix for Shabbos not realizing I didn’t have any eggs left. So, trying to improvise, I whipped up a whip topping and mixed in the brownie mix (sans the eggs…) and ended up with a much “fancier” dessert than planned!
2 (8-oz) parve whip topping
1 (18.2-oz) Brownie Duncan Hines mix
Prepare brownie mix according to “chewy” instructions (not including the eggs).
Whip up whip topping and mix in the brownie mix a few tablespoons at a time.
Spoon into cups and freeze. Serve straight from freezer.
