Very often when in a rush cooking up a pot of pasta is the simplest solution, but making it different and tasty – that is the trick! This is one of my family’s favorite super fast dinners.
1 pound (240 grams) Tuscanini Fettucine Pasta, uncooked
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup plain yogurt (unsweetened)
1 cup milk
4 ounces goat feta cheese
1/2 cup light cream cheese
1/4 cup grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, such as Gefen Basil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, add broccoli and sliced mushrooms to the boiling water for the last five minutes.
In a large bowl combine the yogurt, milk, feta cheese and grated cheese. Add spices and pour pasta over the cheeses and combine well. Serve in individual plates and garnish with a sprinkle of Hungarian paprika on every plate.

so easy?? I don’t understand, don’t the cheeses and milk need to be cooked up? or do I just add them to the pasta cold from the fridge?
Hot pasta can be pretty hot and melt it…
