can of mushrooms
4 chicken bottoms
1 large onion (for frying)
1 1/2 cups brown rice
frozen colorful peppers
3 cups water
2 T onion soup mix
salt and pepper, to taste
paprika, to taste
onion powder, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
First add to a 9×13 the rice and water.
Next, add onion soup mix. Then drain 1 can of mushrooms of all liquid and add to pan. Then add most of bag of colorful peppers. Then add chicken bottoms.
Spice chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
Next, fry onion until golden and add on top of chicken.
Bake covered for 2 hours on 375 and enjoy!! You can uncover for last few minutes to crisp chicken.
