Growing up we had something called ‘mommy’s pasta’. It was basically noodles, ketchup, margarine, and cream cheese. We loved it! This is my adult version of it.
1 tub of whipped cream cheese
3/4 cup of ketchup
a few shakes of oregano
1/2 box of large pasta shells, cooked
Mix all the ingredients together (besides the pasta shells).
Arrange the cooked pasta shells in a disposable pan. Stuff the cheese mixture into the shells.
Cover tightly and bake on 350F for about fifteen minutes.
