Easy, Healthy, and Delicious Spaghetti Bolognese


The wonderful part about this recipe is that it freezes beautifully.


1. Brown meat with onion, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, basil and garlic powder and mix well. Simmer over low heat for one hour.
2. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions.
3. Serve bolognese over warm spaghetti.
