Diets The wonderful part about this recipe is that it freezes beautifully.
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 (12-ounce) can chopped tomatoes
8 ounces Tuscanini Tomato Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of Pereg White Pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Garlic Powder
1 box whole wheat spaghetti
Brown meat with onion, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, basil and garlic powder and mix well. Simmer over low heat for one hour.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Serve bolognese over warm spaghetti.
