4 chicken cutlets
4 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Parsley
4 tablespoons Haddar Tahini by Baracke
6 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons charif or harissa
canned, Gefen Sliced Olives (for garnish)
Combine all ingredients in large bowl or zip top bag.
Heat grill pan over high heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Add cutlets to grill pan. Cook over medium flame for 5-6 minutes on each side.
