  • 1 pack Manischewitz Minestrone Soup Mix

  • dash of sea salt

  • 1 (24-ounce) jar tomato sauce

  • 1 zucchini, diced

  • 3 ribs celery, diced

  • 1 Vidalia onion, diced

Directions

Prepare the Easy Minestrone Soup

Load up in a crockpot in the morning, set on low, and cook six plus hours for a perfect dinner.
