When preparing this recipe your home will be filled with a delicious aroma that will make you count the minutes until these rolls come out of the oven.
This recipe is very simple and easy to prepare which is good because they will be eaten so fast the family may just ask you to make another batch. **All measurements of the cups are in a disposable cup.
1 pound of flour
2 and 1/4 tablespoons yeast
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
3 cups of water
1 tablespoon salt
5 onions
sweet paprika
black pepper
salt
Mix together flour, yeast, and sugar. Then add oil, water, and salt. Knead
After kneading, put some oil in the bowl, put the dough in the bowl and turn over, sprinkle flour on dough, cover and let it rise for about an hour.
Fry 5 onions until they turn a light brown color, then add seasonings.
Take a small ball of dough and roll with a rolling pin. In the middle put the onion mixture then fold over the dough and close it.
Brush rolls with egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius in the oven.

Hi there,
I seem to be having difficulty with this recipe, after carefully following the instructions (I think!) the result is a batter like consistency and nothing close to dough i.e. if I were to add oil to the bowl it would just mix in with the batter. Is this how it is supposed to be or is there an error somewhere?
Thank you so much!!!
