I’m a big fan of overnight oats. They take five minutes to throw together, and then you just leave them in the fridge overnight. It’s basically magic! Make a big batch and enjoy a different flavor every morning of the week.
1/4 cup yogurt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup instant oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 small banana, sliced
1 and 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Gefen Chocolate Syrup
granola, to sprinkle
pinch of salt
1/2 cup blueberries
1 and 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
granola, to sprinkle
lemon zest, to sprinkle
1/2 small green apple, sliced
1 and 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
Gefen Cinnamon, to sprinkle
1 tablespoon Elite Instant Coffee dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water
1 tablespoon Gefen Chocolate Syrup
1 teaspoon maple syrup
sliced almonds, to sprinkle
Gefen Cocoa Powder, to dust
1/4 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and diced
1 and 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
lemon zest, to sprinkle
In a jar or container, stir together the yogurt, milk, oats, and chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add the toppings of your choice (see above).
