I just made these with 3/4 cup oil and 3 1/2 cup flour. They came out great!
these completely flopped. the dough needs to go in the fridge to set, otherwise it’s just batter. then I tried for hours to roll and shape the dough but the dough was all sticky and flopped.
The cookies turned out great but I had to add more flour because the original ratio flour/oil was way too oily. I probably added about 3/4 cup of flour and then it turned out perfect!
I got 42 nice sized sugar cookies from this recipe. I actually chilled the dough overnight, and because it was a little oily it slightly hardened and made rolling a lot easier. Came out great!
