Ingredients

Egg Drop Soup

  • 6 to 8 cups water

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 4 tablespoons chicken soup mix

  • wide egg noodles

  • 2 eggs

  • shredded cooked chicken (optional)

Directions

1.

Boil the water. Add garlic, soy sauce, chicken soup mix and noodles.

2.

When noodles are ready, beat eggs and drop them in the soup. Mix soup. Turn off flame.
