This is the most divine, decadent, delicious, and yummy chocolate cake! And it’s egg free!
Yields 1 9×13-inch (23×33-centimeter) cake
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Apple Cider Vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups cold water
2 cups Glicks Flour
1/2 cup Gefen Cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Cream the sugar, oil, vinegar, vanilla, and water. Then add the remaining ingredients. The batter will be very liquidy. Pour into a 9×13-inch (23×33-centimeter) pan.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. The cake is very fudgy, so it can be hard to tell when it’s baked through. This cake freezes beautifully!
