Ingredients

Egg Free Chocolate Mousse

  • 10 ounces parve whipping cream (Unger’s whipping cream is soy-free)

  • 12 ounces Glicks Chocolate Chips, melted

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate liquor

Directions

1.

Whip up whipping cream until stiff.

2.

Add chocolate, confectioners’ sugar, and liquor and mix for another two minutes.

3.

Pipe into dessert cups and freeze.

Notes:

Many chocolate liquors contain soy and/or nuts, so be sure to check ingredients carefully.

can you eat these straight from the freezer or should you let them thaw and for how long?

You can eat them straight from the freezer or let them thaw for 5-10 minutes so they’re a little easier to scoop into.
