This is the ultimate quick, easy, and healthy chocolate chip cookie recipe!!! If you don’t want the classic chocolate chip cookie, you can try double chocolate or oatmeal chocolate chip. Even though it has banana, you won’t even know!!
1/3 c oil
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c honey
1 c flour
1/4 banana, mushed (the riper the banana, the better)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c chocolate chips
Mix oil, sugar, and honey till creamy. Add mashed banana and stir (I just broke it up with my hands). Add rest of ingredients and shape into balls. (I make this recipe with a mixing bowl and spatula. No need for a mixer!!)
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Yields 10-12 cookies

I tried these and they were really good I was a little scared at first but when I tried them they were so good (and I used unsweetened apple sauce instead of bananas)
