Ingredients

Eggplant salad

  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 5 tablespoon vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional) 

Directions

Eggplant Salad

1.

Saute eggplant in oil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

2.

Combine with remaining ingredients.
