This super easy and super filling salad is the perfect addition to a Shabbat or Yom Tov meal. Alternatively, throw this together for a healthy, filling dinner that the whole family will love.
1 pound Euro salad mix
1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 yellow pepper, diced
1/4 cup pignolia nuts (optional)
1/2 pound turkey roll, diced
1/2 pound pastrami, diced
1/4 cup Tonnelli Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon honey mustard sauce
1/2 cup Manischewitz Honey
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
Place all salad ingredients in a bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss gently. Chill. Serve with croutons.
