Abe’s vanilla ice cream
2-3 tablespoons diluted coffee OR half jar lotus cream (depending on your preferred taste)
package of Torino chocolate sticks (cut in half)
melted baking chocolate
6-slot pyramid shape silicon mold
chocolate coins
Defrost ice cream slightly, then add the coffee or lotus. Pour into individual pyramid molds. Freeze until semi frozen. Insert Torino stick in an upright position. Freeze until firm, overnight.
Prepare several chocolate letters with “gimmel” or “nunn.” Remove pyramid dreidels from mold. Attach the chocolate letter with melted chocolate to one side of the dreidel.
Place frozen dreidel on dessert plate. Add some coins on the side.
With melted chocolate, drizzle two curves for a spinning effect.
