This salad is so easy and quick to put together, and everyone can customize it based on their personal preferences.
4 pre-seasoned burger patties
2 onions, sliced
12 ounces romaine lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 large pickles, sliced
1/4 cup Glicks Ketchup
1/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 teaspoons pickle juice
Grill burgers on a grill pan for five minutes per side (or bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20–25 minutes).
Grill the onions (or sauté in a frying pan with oil).
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, garlic, and pickle juice.
Assemble the salad, topping with the burger.
Drizzle dressing on top.
