Facon-Wrapped Asparagus

Directions

1.

Preheat grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Cut the bottom part of the stem off the asparagus and discard. Trim off the triangular leaves.

3.

Drizzle with olive oil and toss with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

4.

Wrap one slice facon around each asparagus spear.

5.

Grill for five minutes or cook in the oven for 10 minutes.

Tips:

Don’t have facon? You can use deli slices instead.
