This is something I prepare on Thursday evening and slide into the oven on Friday morning.
4 spareribs
Gefen Salt, to taste
Pereg Pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons MSG-free onion soup mix
11 ounces whole-fruit apricot jam
2 cups water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line a square baking pan with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Put the meat in the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and onion soup mix. Spread the jam all over the spareribs and add the water to the pan. Cover with parchment paper and then with aluminum foil. Bake for four hours.
