Prepare Fat-Free Roasted Vegetables

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Spread mini zucchinis, mini peppers, and onion on a cookie sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper.

  3. Sprinkle with vegetable broth, garlic powder, and favorite spices.

  4. Bake for approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the oven and desired crispness.
