Ingredients

Faux Tea Sandwiches

  • 4 large Persian cucumbers, sliced

  • 3 tablespoons high protein cheese spread, such as Quark cheese

  • Everything But the Bagel seasoning, such as Pereg, to sprinkle

  • 1 (4-ounce) package quality smoked salmon, chopped

Directions

1.

Top half the cucumber slices with cheese spread.

2.

Sprinkle with seasoning. Add smoked salmon and cover with another cucumber slice.

3.

If you like, secure with toothpicks.
