Diets Yeasty dough and sweet cinnamon filling need no introduction. It’s the ultimate comfort food! Yield: 1 9×13-inch pan
1 tablespoon Gefen Dry Yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons margarine
1 egg
2 cups Glicks Flour
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1 teaspoon hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a large bowl, mix the yeast and water together. Add sugar, margarine, and egg and mix well. Add flour and knead for two to three minutes, until a nice dough forms. Do not over-knead or the dough will get tough.
Sprinkle flour on the counter. Roll the dough out into a large rectangle.
Drizzle filling ingredients over the dough. Roll up jelly-roll style.
Cut into one-and-a-half-inch pieces and place in a 9×13-inch pan.
Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, depending on how gooey you like your cinnamon buns.
In a bowl, combine icing ingredients. Drizzle over the warm cinnamon buns.

Should I double/triple yeast if I’m doubling/tripling the recipe?
yes.
everyone who i serve it to says they love it its so good
This was a great recipe that came out delicious!
does this freez well?
I think so
Looks and smells so delicious. For some reason it made much less than a 9×13 pan. Only got 9 rolls from it, put in a circle pan.
I think it depends if you are making mini ones then a smaller pan but if regular then a 9×13 pan
Delicious, quick, and easy!!!! Thank you!!!
