1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve a cup of the pasta water before draining.
Place all of the ingredients besides the cooked pasta, into a blender. Add the reserved pasta water and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Toss with the cooked pasta.
