1 pound gigli, campanelle or rotini
1 pint grape tomatoes
1/4 cup Bartenura Olive Oil
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Basil or 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon crushed garlic or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
Place grape tomatoes in a baking pan. Combine olive oil, salt, basil, and garlic, and pour over tomatoes.
Broil on high for 15 minutes, or until tomatoes begin to burst.
Combine tomato mixture with warm pasta. Once pasta cools, add mozzarella cubes and serve.
