1 pound trottole pasta, cooked and drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Balsamic Glaze, plus more for drizzling (optional)
1/3 cup Gefen Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 pint small cherry tomatoes
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cubed
1 bunch fresh basil, sliced into ribbons
In a large bowl, whisk the garlic, balsamic glaze, olive oil and salt and pepper together.
Add cooked pasta and toss.
Add tomatoes, mozzarella and basil and toss to combine and evenly distribute the dressing. Drizzle more balsamic glaze over the top, if desired. I highly recommend it!

How can I make the vingerette?
The dressing is made by mixing the ingredients mentioned in the instructions. Balsamic glaze can be puchased ready made.
