Filling Broccoli Rice Soup

  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets

  • 1 cup brown rice

  • 1 carton of Imagine brand Broccoli Soup (OU Kosher) or 2 cartons of Manischewitz Vegetable Broth

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 small Vidalia onion, diced

  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

Directions

1.

Crockpot: cook on low for four to six hours.

2.

Instant Pot: Manual Setting for 13 minutes.
