Major favorite dinner alert—especially for the boys in the family!
1 package chicken cutlets (4 chicken breasts), cut into 2-inch cubes
1 tablespoon oil
2 eggs
2 cups Gefen Cornflake Crumbs
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
1/4 cup hot sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and drizzle oil in the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan or glass baking dish.
Beat egg in a bowl. In another bowl, combine cornflake crumbs, onion powder, and garlic powder. Dip chicken pieces first in egg and then in crumbs.
Lay coated chicken cubes in the prepared pan (if there is not enough room in the pan, use a second pan—do not overlap pieces) and bake in preheated oven uncovered for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, honey, and hot sauce. Remove chicken from oven and pour sauce over. Cover and return to oven for an additional 18 minutes.
