These fluffy homemade white-fish balls are perfectly portioned for two. They’re also super simple to prepare whether you cook them in tomato sauce or bake them in the oven.
Directions
Prepare the Fish Balls
1. Process vegetables in a food processor and combine with fish, egg, salt and crumbs, mixing well. Form into balls.
2. Bring tomato juice, sugar and salt to a boil. Drop fish balls into sauce and cook for 45 minutes.
Notes:
Fish balls can be baked on greased pan for 45 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (without sauce).
Variations:
1/4 pound flounder, cooked and flaked, can be used instead of ground fish.
