Diets These fluffy homemade white-fish balls are perfectly portioned for two. They’re also super simple to prepare whether you cook them in tomato sauce or bake them in the oven.
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1 onion
1/4 pound ground fish
1 egg
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Gefen Bread Crumbs
8 ounces Gefen Tomato Juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Process vegetables in a food processor and combine with fish, egg, salt and crumbs, mixing well. Form into balls.
Bring tomato juice, sugar and salt to a boil. Drop fish balls into sauce and cook for 45 minutes.
