Repurpose a frozen gefilte fish loaf to prepare these delicious homemade fish fingers. Frying and baking instructions included.

Directions

For Fish Fries 1

1. Quarter fish slices. Sprinkle with seasoning and spices.
2. Deep fry in hot oil until golden.

Variations:

To bake, place on greased cookie sheet, bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15–20 minutes.

For Fish Fries 2

1. Coat fish slices with flour.
2. Dip into eggs, roll in matzo meal or bread crumbs.
3. Fry in hot oil until golden.

Variations:

To bake, place on greased cookie sheet, bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15–18 minutes on each side.
