Repurpose a frozen gefilte fish loaf to prepare these delicious homemade fish fingers. Frying and baking instructions included.
1/2 roll Ungar’s Gefilte Fish, sliced
3/4 teaspoon salt
dash of Pereg Pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 roll Ungar’s Gefilte Fish, sliced
1/2 cup Glicks Flour
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup Yehuda Matzos Matzo Meal or bread crumbs
Quarter fish slices. Sprinkle with seasoning and spices.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden.
Coat fish slices with flour.
Dip into eggs, roll in matzo meal or bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden.

Yes, it would have to be soft enough that you can cut it.
