Diets Add this quick and easy chicken skewer recipe to your summer rotation. The first time I made these for dinner, I walked out of the kitchen for a few minutes, and when I returned, all the skewers were gone! That’s definitely a winner in our book!
Yields 25 skewers
25 4-inch bamboo skewers
2 pounds chicken cutlets
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Cut chicken cutlets into one-inch cubes and string three pieces onto each skewer. Lay skewers out on baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Baste both sides of each chicken skewer with olive oil mixture.
Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
