These mini egg cups are a great take-along breakfast. They make a beautiful presentation too: think melave malka or a nice lunch anytime.
silicone muffin cups
Betty Crocker
4 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheese
3/4 teaspoon Gefen Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pereg Black Pepper
Blend all ingredients on high.
Preheat Betty Crocker pizza maker.
Grease silicone muffin cups with oil spray.
Pour egg mixture into muffins. Bake in the pizza maker for five minutes.
