This extra-yummy take on the basic French onion soup is not only healthier, but super tasty too!
Sauté onion and zucchini with oil until light brown.
In a separate bowl mix together onion soup mix, salt, turmeric, and flour. Add into the pot with the onions and zucchini.
Add in the water, bring to a boil, and then let the soup simmer on low for at least two hours.
