French Scalloped Potatoes



Prepare the Potatoes

1. Mix sliced potatoes & onions with salt and arrange in casserole dish. Set aside.  


1. Melt margarine and mix with flour until smooth. Add milk and stir on low flame until thickened.
2. Remove from heat and add cheese, salt & pepper.
3. Pour sauce over potatoes and bake at 475°F until sauce starts to bubble.
4. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 1 hour.
