1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
2. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil and spices. Add chicken breasts and mix to coat.
3. Place vegetables onto a baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
4. Roast vegetables for 20 minutes, then remove from oven and add the chicken to the pan.
5. Bake uncovered for 20 additional minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove pan from oven and serve.
