A delicious, fat free tomato dip to enjoy at your next seuda or to make any meal special, full of flavor and nutrients!

Ingredients

Fresh Tomato Dip

  • 2 large tomatoes, quartered

  • 1 red bell pepper, deseeded and cut into pieces

  • 2-3 cloves garlic or 2-3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Gefen Salt, or more to taste

  • 1 jalapeno pepper (optional)

Directions

1.

Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the “S” blade and process until it reaches the desired texture.

Notes:

Lasts well in the fridge.
